i found the staff really helpful, especially ayman at reception, he made our vacation amazing. ahmed from room service was wonderful, very attentive to our needs. mr hamdy always asked if we needed anything. the animation team, especially memo, kept us entertained with their active involvement (i appreciated their energy).
i found that excursions reps were quite persistent, approaching us constantly. basem from the quad bikes was rude when we declined. we were given a flag by a lifeguard to signal we wanted to be left alone, but some reps ignored it.

The food quality was good and tasty. There was plenty of variety available during meal times. i found the options catered well to different tastes and preferences. i particularly enjoyed the fresh salads and grilled meats offered daily.

the room was always kept good and clean (which is something i really value). the housekeeping service ensured that we had fresh towels and linens daily. the air conditioning worked efficiently, keeping the room comfortable.

the hotel features an aquapark with slideswith great fun for both adults and children. there are multiple swimming pools, so there was always space to swim. the beach area is decent and well-kept.

The food was great. His attention made every meal enjoyable. The reception team was helpful throughout my stay. A heartfelt thank you goes to karim, doha, and ayman. They made everything smooth for me.
The rooms are quite worn. The headboard of the bed and sofa bed ARE stained. The evening music was very loud, playing from the show stage until late. I don't think it's suitable for people seeking relaxation.

The lifeguards were always present, which gave me an added sense of security. all heated pools made swimming very comfortable. i especially enjoyed the variety and high quality of the food. The italian restaurant stood out as amazing.
I encountered reps constantly promoting excursions and quad bikes. They were quite persistent and didn't readily accept no for an answer. this impacted my relaxation.
